As a Maintenance & Operations Program Technician, Jenn’s role requires accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through, and she consistently delivers on all three.

Jenn approaches every task with care and attention to detail, ensuring work orders are routed correctly, timelines are tracked, and questions are answered clearly. Her professionalism and outstanding customer service help staff feel supported and confident, even when navigating complex or time-sensitive requests.
